Does someone stay to operate the fountain?
Yes. Our packages are full service. An attendant comes and sets up the fountain, and runs your Chocolate Fountain table during your event.
Who provides the dipping items for my event?
Most often if your event facility has in house or preferred catering, you will be required to use them to provide your dipping items, while Chocolate Occasions provides the Chocolate Fountain. If their catering is not required, Chocolate Occasions offers “The Deluxe Chocolate Lover’s Package” which includes your choice of five dipping items. Call for details.
What are the most popular dipping item choices?
We have found the most popular dipping items to be strawberries, bananas, pineapple, rice krispie treats, cream puffs, pretzel rods, cookie sticks, and coconut macaroons. You can dip all kinds of items. You can dip almost anything as long as it does not leave crumbs in the chocolate (such as cakes, etc.). This could possibly clog the fountain and it also affects the presentation of the chocolate.
We are always open to suggestions and different ideas on dipping items. Chocolate Occasions wants to make your Chocolate Fountain experience memorable and we will work with you, to get the dipping items you want.
“I really want a chocolate fountain for my event, but I’ve heard they are just too messy, is that true?”
This is a big misconception about Chocolate fountains. The key to a clean and beautiful Chocolate Fountain is the attendant. At Chocolate Occasions, our attendants do a great job, and will manage your fountain properly. They show your guests how to dip, and they make sure your table looks as stunning at the end of your event as it did at the beginning.
What type of chocolate do you use?
We use a high quality Belgian chocolate. It is available to you in milk dark or white, or you can even try our special blend of milk and dark mixed. Time after time we receive compliments on the taste and quality of our chocolate. Just one bite and you’ll taste the difference too! |
